A shared inbox was a bottleneck — important messages buried under routine ones, slow first responses, and no record of what had been handled.

// What I built

I built the flow on a workflow-automation platform with an LLM for classification and drafting. Each message is categorized, priority-scored, and matched to context before a draft reply is prepared; the interaction is logged to the CRM so nothing falls through.

Turned an overflowing inbox into a triaged queue with replies already drafted, so the team responds faster and the history is captured automatically.
